I use many different online services to pay my bills, and its regularly a frustrating and stressful experience. Fortunately that's not the case with geico. In my whole time purchasing insurance from this company ive never had a single headache or issue, my policy even conveniently self renews and reminds me to get new id cards, that you can have mailed to you at the click of a button, or even sent electronically. So I'm quite impressed. When I first went to get insurance I called five minutes before closing, and the representative was extremely cordial and even stayed a half hour longer on the phone with me to make sure i was good to go. 5 Stars for sure.
I had to make sure I took time to rave about the incredible customer service I received and what a great amount of money I was saved literally by switching to Geico. I didn't expect for the manner in which I was received and was treated. To the agent that assisted me: thank you for making me feel so comfortable with asking all of my questions and for the time and care you took in answering. You made it an enjoyable experience and made me a very satisfied customer with way better coverage than I had before! Thank you again!!

Why is it so hard for a member to get a quote to see if I want to add my wife her car and our mobile home? There is no place to easily find out how much it would cost so I can compare with what we have now. Seems simple enough to me. E surance makes it easy to get a car quote, state farm makes it easy to get a quote to bundle car and home why is geico so difficult?
I just wanted to thank Geico for the concise and helpful information they have on their website, Thank You Geico! I would also like to compliment them on the ease of usage on their website, any time I have needed to change something to my policy I just log on and no hassles, just satisfaction.
Mercedes I think might have been the nicest most thoughtful person I have ever talked to in any customer service. I was stressed out because I locked my keys in my car and somehow she still made me laugh. Thanks for great service!

Geico is awesome. I was with a previous competitor, and it seemed like I had to pull teeth out for any help, or like I was a bad person for postponing my payments. Geico's online site is easy to follow to postpone. Customer service is excellent too! Also, by switching to them I have saved about $20 a month!
You truly find out about a Insurance company when its the unfortunate time to file a claim , Geico was quick with the response and paying claims and getting my vehicle back to me. Everyone from the drive up claims examiner/ adjustor .. the field adjustor --the liability people at the 1 -800 corp office were very professional
