I and my family have multiple vehicles covered with Geico. We would not use any other company! Excellent pricing and above excellent customer service. We are, and will continue to be, long term customers.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my time with GEICO,. The team I worked with today was especially helpful and polite. It is always refreshing to talk to a sales agent who has a genuine concern for the customer, and doesn't have the "fake nice, but really just want your money" attitude. When I was presented with recommended upgrades, I was not pressured into making any sort of decision that I was not sure about or comfortable with. Every question was answered with a friendly and knowledgable response, and I truly felt valued as a client, despite any financial or personal limitations. I feel like the focus on achieving the highest standards in client experience is an after thought in so many larger companies, and as someone who has worked in a customer service and sales my entire life, it was encouraging to see this implemented so naturally through out every employee who I have spoken with. I can't help but share with everyone how much ease and comfort my insurance process was. Thank you for providing such reliable assistance and helping spread the importance of treating everyone with respect and kindness.
I like GEICO, because it is so convenient for me. The website, mobile app, and call center. My car had gotten robbed, and my car window broken. However, I had to drive out of New York at that day, the GEICO call center helped me find out the glass shop, and I could replace my broken glass in few hours. The broken window messed up my schedule, but GEICO helped me out of the bad situation. GEICO is the most convenient insurance company !
I had Needed some questions answered about my policy and coverage details. From the first automated options, waiting for an insurance agent to answer, then help me with my questions my total call time was 4 minutes!!! The man on the phone was named Keith and was very helpful, sweet, and time efficient. Last week talking trying to get in contact with State Farm it took 4 calls and 2 voice mails to finally get a hold of a specific agent! Never had one issue with Geico since having them, great company!
I have had geico insurance for many years. I started when I was in high school. My Dad, who is retired now, told me about them and I've never ever had a problem with contacting them or filing a claim. Everyone on the phone is knowledgeable and courteous. :)
