They are not quick with there claims. I used to have Farmers and the response on claim was done the next day. Geico it take about two weeks.

I needed to postpone my automatic payment for a few days, and was worried it would be a hassle to get it changed. I logged onto the Geico site and with one click of a button it was done!

Geico has great affordable pricing and plans! They are very easy to work with and flexible if a problem ever occurs. Their Customer Service is never a disappointment! I love this insurance company and am extremely happy I switched to Geico!!

We have had Geico for over a decade and I simply can't say a negative thing about them. They have, by far, the best customer service I have ever encountered and their rates are great. I'll be honest, because of their unbelievably great CS and online payment/service options, I haven't looked elsewhere, but I'm confident my payments are still very competitive, especially since they barely went up even with a claim a few years ago which resulted in a much newer vehicle upgrade. Keep up the good work!

I have had auto insurance with Geico for the most of the last ten years. I have tried other companies and have never found the excellent customer service that Geico offers. Agents are friendly and go out of their way to provide the best customer service. Although, I have never had a claim, I do anticipate that it would be handled in the same manner of professionalism and willingness to satisfy as every interaction that I have experienced.
