I was very impressed with how fast and how well the claim was handled. I had not left the body shop almost and rental car company called to tell me the rental would be waiting for you when I dropped car off

What i can say is : Geico is the best , i searched for all and put the same values of coverage , and then i found that this one is the best , to be fear all of them have an offers and we can not say that " no geico no insurance" no , but this one has the most reasonable prices and coverages and it tent is commonly wide among people

I've been with GEICO for quite awhile and have my 2 kids insured, as well and have only good things to say about their customer service and prices. I would not switch to any other company.

Pricing is fair, service is great. Everything is online and uses one database, no need to jump around from department to department chasing my own tail.
Would have given 5 stars but ran into some issues with my local claim adjuster after being in a car crash.
Pros: great value
Cons: more work falls on the owner

I got a quote with Progressive and it was more than double what I am paying with geico now. I am glad I decided to shop around before I decided who to go with. I do now know how it is going to go with how good they treat me, but price wise, I know Geico is better than Progressive.

I love the amount of money I am paying for my car insurance, the customer service is great. I just feel like the technology should be better, things pertaining my account should be available faster and there should be a 24/7 instant chat available or at least more agents around. But perhaps that's why I am saving so much money.

Online features are easy and extremely helpful for a busy working family as mine. I had only few occassions of needing to speak with a live representative. On all occassions all my needs were taken care quickly and efficiently.

I've never had a claim (except hail damage which affected thousands of cars in our town) in my 12 years of driving in the US. I switched to Geico one and a half years back. I recently added another car to the policy. I'd only had this car for three weeks when a parking lot incident crushed the rear driver side bumper and lamp. I filed a claim on geico.com, which only took a few minutes and uploaded several photos I'd taken on my cell phone of the damage. I got a call from geico in an hour. The agent was very courteous and after getting more information, he scheduled an appointment with a damage assessor for 5 days later. On the day of the appointment, I drove to the shop and was met by the Geico assessor. He was very courteous and quickly processed my case. I dropped the car off at the same shop. Geico sent me updates on the progress of the repair, payments made, etc. 8 days after dropping the car off, the shop called, and I picked the car up yesterday, looking good as new. I paid the deductible of $500 while Geico paid $2900. This was way easier than I expected and even though my premium will go up from now on, the experience that Geico provided was a big relief and I fully recommend Geico.
Pros: fast efficient hassle-free
Cons: had to wait a few days to meet the assessor
