Best decision I ever made was to go with Geico. I have full coverage, rental car, and roadside service and pay half yes half of what I was paying State Farm. Their customer service is excellent and I recently needed a tow. They were here in less then 15 minutes. State Farm was 4 or more hours. So kudos to Geico for excellent service
I wish I had names to give you, but I have had the best customer service experience with your company. The only reason I marked down on Value/Fairness is because I'm paying so much for insurance right now and lost my multiple policy discount due to my son moving out of state and having to branch out, but your folks are THE BEST. The last guy I spoke with, I think his name was Ed....He was TERRIFIC with me. I asked him over and over about an issue, and he was so very patient with me and explained it to me 3 different ways. I give him 5 stars!!!!
I recently was hospitalized for 20 days and just getting a paycheck. Well I must have bad luck because with this check....there was fraudulent activity and now I have to try to get my money back. Logging into your website and postponing my payment was so easy and such a relief. I am walking around telling my co-workers how much I love Geico! Not just that, but my payments are nothing compared to what they used to be. Thank you for everything that you have helped me with and continue to do so!!
