I would say the auto insurance is good. Though, I don't have done claims, they have been professional, courteous at certain times. But, increasing the premium every 6 months, is what they would have to reduce. Always the premium shoots high, never gets lower down ;-)
I feel my last few calls to Geico have been handled badly. Customer Service persons even have an attitude. I just needed help and information.

I was trying to buy a car today and I looked up what my insurance would be. I had to log on to my site, then it was so difficult to get a quote. All I wanted was an estimate. Frustrating. Very frustrating, because no matter what route I went on line it only brought up my car. I search the internet all day long for my job and I have to say this is set up very poorly. On the upside, other than this, I've always been happy with you guys and gals.
I can't believe how easy it was to file the claim and have the car fixed in 3 days at a preferred shop of Geico. The adjuster was nice, they had the rental car office at the shop and made the experience easier.
I really appreciate (as I am sure many others do) the "Postpone Payment" option given. Every so often unexpected situations may arise that can cause one to become tight on cash. This option has helped me be able to keep my insurance secure.
Our 2014 BMW was involved in an accident resulting in front end damage. As a new Geico customer I was apprehensive about how this would be handled. Geico arranged for an appointment the day following the accident and the car was repaired and back on the road in a matter days. What a pleasant experience! (The accident itself notwithstanding.)
The Geico Senior Resident Adjuster at the collision facility in Portland, Maine handled all the details; rental car, body shop coordination and follow up. His professionalism and customer relations skills are outstanding.
