"I love Geico, and not only because of their great commercials. The premium I pay is several hundred dollars less than the next cheapest one I could find. Also, they have an excellent, easy to use website, and every time I've had to contact their customer service the experience has been great. I wish I could buy all of my insurance products from Geico."

"I found that you can check on the exact amount that your insurance will change when you buy a new car. When I entered the info for a new car that I am thinking of buying, it shows the difference in the insurance quote!"

"I switched because the other company was great before I decided to go with them...after that...well they forgot who I was. There was never anyone availble to speak with after hours and my insurance rate went up over night and they could not tell me why? It was the worse experience I had until I switched to Geico and it was the best thing I did. There is never any hasle and they are on my side not against me. Im glad I made the decision to switch. i will def recommend to friends and family"

"I love everything about Geico. I am so happy with Geico I never consider switching to another company. I throw out all advertisements from other companies. In particular, Geico gets top rating from me for their Customer Service which comes down to their people--that is #1. They are professional, courteous, smart, well trained, customer focused and always want to help. It feels as if I accomplish something valuable in every phoen exchange. #2 Reliablility. They have always come through--Geico has never failed me yet with every claim I have ever had to submit. #3 Technology. You do not get the run around on the phone with 15 prompts, they stay with you until you are definitely connected with the next person and you always get someone you understands you and wants to help you. Their web site is user friendly, intuitive and productive. They have good technical infrastructure in that they can connect to partners and providers in the field who can quicky solve your problem while you wait on the phone. I hope to be with Geico for 20 more years!"
