"Geico is very easy to deal with. All arrangements were made by email and a phone call. No malarkey, no hard sell, everything explained clearly, didn't have to buy anything I didn't want. Got the coverage I wanted at a surprisingly low price. All in all, not an unpleasant experience."

"I shopped heavy online for insurance before switch carriers this time. I was gettting a great price but couldn't manage account online. I wanted a respected carrier with a great online service and price. One of Geico's customers hit me causing damage to my car a few years ago. I was amazed on how well and fast Geico settled the claim. They won me over."

"I have to say I am saving at least $1000 w/Geico. I have recieved quotes from several insurance companies & none come close to Geico. I would have to say there is no cons, there was a point when Geico didn't accept credit cards & they now do! Geico's Reps are available 24/7 and are very friendly and helpful. Everything is available online. Even your insurance card. What more can you ask for? Geico 100%!!"

"So far I have had the best experience with Geico. I love the self-service aspect of the website. I can schedule for my bill to be paid, or when I have the money I can just pay the rest of my premium instantly. I can just jump into all of my policy's details with one click. I have already gone to Gieco's home owners as well.

Pros: i have had excellent customer service every time i have called in and needed some thing you work well with others
Cons: it is a very timely matter in getting things done when a car has been wrecked mine was salvaged and it took 10 weeks
