"It took Geico 9 days to approve repairs on a relatively minor claim. We ended up being without the car for almost 3 weeks. They were dis-organized. First we were told to go to one place to get a repair estimate, then they indicated that they would send an adjuster to the repair shop that had the car. When the adjuster contacted the repair place he couldn't locate the car because he used my name instead of my spouse's name. The adjuster showed up several days after we were told that he would show up. Overall, it took many phone calls to straighten this whole thing and took too long to get this resolved."
