Pros: everyone was very kind and friendly Cons: everyone I spoke with gave me a different answer and they were EACH wrong
"I was hit by a Geico policyholder. All was great everyone was friendly and helpful.Until the check never came. I called repeatedly and was told it was on it's way. Then I was told that the check had been cashed and they needed to get a copy of it to send to me to check the signature. I had to make several calls about the copy of the check not coming as I knew I had not cashed it and wanted to see it. Then I finally made one more call to be told it had NOT been cashed and would be "re-sent" out. It then came after MONTHS of this back and forth nonsense."

"I use a power wheelchair & a Geico policyholder hit me when I was crossing a busy street at an unmarked intersection. I wasn't injured but my wheelchair sustained some serious damage. Geico paid for repairs very promptly & completely. I am very impressed with Geico's handling of my claim."

"They never fixed my car. My car was in the shop for two months and it was never fixed i had to file with my own inurance compnay in order to get it fixed. The accident was not my fault and i do not have geico as my insurance."

"When my car got bumped in the rear by what turned out to be your policyholder, I groaned at the prospect of getting the damage repaired. But then the driver got on her cellphone to you and when I left the accident site I had a claim number and all the info I needed to proceed with repairs. From there it went amazingly smooth. It was almost worth being involved in the accident to see how slick your service was."

Cons: None yet "Gone are the days haggling for a good rate. Geico makes insurance easy. I had a claim with Geico. Each rep I spoke with was helpful, courteous, and sorry to hear about my accident. The accident was not my fault, so Geico did all the could to get my deductible right back to me. Also, since the accident was not my fault, they made sure my rates did not go up because of this mishap. Love Geico."

"Quality of work at the Chevy Dealer Body shop was not great. There were scrapes in the paint when body parts were reinstalled. interior was filthy with sanding dust from the body filler. The gas filler door came off in my hand first time I got gas after the repair."
