"We first came to Geico when my 16 yr old daughter got her license. Geico saved us over $3000 per year! And yes I told everyone, I just saved a bunch of money on car insurance by switching to Geico! I was worried that a discounted rate might get us "discounted" service. Not true! My daughter got into an accident and totalled her car. Geico had the car towed and reimbursed me for the car immediately. No hassle, no questions - just done and over with. It's hard enough having teenagers and these things happen. It was certainly nice to have the insurance company be so .... wonderful. Thanks Geico!"

"Geico provides great value and service. Their online payment system is error proof and I have never had any issues with my online payments being overcharged, lost, etc. When my husband first came onto my policy, we saved over $100 a month! Now that I sold my car and we have only one car insured, I'm paying just over $50 a month, and we live in a major city."

Pros: Good and fair prices compared to other companies, quick claim response, always available for contact Cons: Advertises their credit card too much, just recently allowed you to use your own credit card and recurring payments
"As a 20 year old male, they have some good multi-car programs and fair prices compared to other companies. They offered the lowest premium on my corvette and close to lowest on my truck. Customer service is good (although they have a tendancy to sell a lot.. it is their business I suppose). Only real complaint is the overall cost of insurance for anyone under 25, which isnt really geico's fault but still generally unfair. They also recently started up the recurring payment and allowing you to use your own credit card to do it, prior to that it was a monthly annoyance to pay."

"We were in Las Vegas, Nevada for our son's wedding in May. We were trying to turn onto the strip and was rear-ended. I contacted Geico right away and the helpful staff guided us through the whole procedure. When we returned from our trip the truck was fixed within two weeks by a reputable local body shop. This was the first and only time we made a claim and the results were fantastic. Thank you, Geico!"
