"I just purchased my policy with geico after calling 5 other companies. I was with my previous insurance company for 17 years when they cancelled my boat insurance. While looking for boat insurance I had them quote my motorcycle too. WHAT A SURPRISE. I'm now saving over $350 a yr on the boat and an additional $350 a yr on the motorcycle. HUGE SAVINGS. I'm sooo thankfull and besides all that it was simple and easy."

"I have been a Geico customer for three years now and have no plans to change. I had a small claim for my motorcycle. The adjuster contacted me within 24 hours and I had a check for my stolen saddlebags within 48 hours. Keep up the great work !!"

"When my husband and I bought our "crotch rocket" we were silly and didn't check on insurance before the purchase. After buying this toy, we started trying to get insurance and we got several quotes, most in the $3000/year range, but Geico saved us about $2000/year!
As far as customer service, they have been great everytime I've called!
On the claim side: I have never had a claim, so I don't know!"

"When I came to Geico I had just finished living a nightmare with another insurance company who screwed things up, blamed me for it.
Geico is a great insurance company. It is easy to pay my bills, easy contact with associates if I need help.
These guys were the best deal that I could find with best coverage especially on my motorcycle insurance. Also did not require me to have multiple insurances inorder to have bike insurance.

"They still have quite a ways to go at Geico when it comes to manage multiple vehicles and online accounts. If you have a motorcycle and an automobile, the two policies are completely separate, you need two user accounts to handle them, do not get discounts for multiple vehicles, and uninsured motorist coverage does not extend across policies. Even establishing a new online account may be a pain, and you need to fill out the same paperwork all over again, while they do a double credit check on you, with consequences for your score. With previous insurance company that was trivial instead."

"In Sep 2008 my motorcycle was burnt up in a building fire that happened on my property. Spoke with my area representative,who is located in Aurora, IL, on 18 Sep 08. He indicated that he would have someone at my location early on 20 Sep 08 to pick the vehicle up for inspection at his location. Within 7 days I received a settlement check from my representative. My homeowner insurance just issued, August 2009, the settlement check for the fire damage to the contents of the building that burnt. I say "Great service Geico" and I assure you that people appreciate the fact that any assistance provided to them in trying times is felt deeply and remembered. I thank you and your courteous personnel for their concern and support."
