"I broke down in the middle of San Bernardino, with 101 degrees. Geico helped me to tow my bike to my favorite mechanic 39 miles away at no fees. All I did is add $10.00 a year premium to my policy. What a company! That $10.00 is paid for years! I recommend this service to all motorcycle riders!"

"I don't trust advertising hype! But, I thought, given the outrageous price I was paying for my Motorcycle insurance, I'd give Geico a try. It was great. Saved me HUNDREDS of dollars per year. Service has been outstanding and the online experience easy to use and quick. I'd highly recommend Geico."

"I only purchased motorcycle insurance, I needed car insurance now. My friends recommended others, but after I spent hours online at insurance sites finding the lowest policy for my 3 speeding ticket record, I decided to give GEICO a try. After seeing the quote I could not believe it, I had to call it in and confirm it, I like the fact that I can pay monthly or every 3 months, I saved over 180$ with Geico. Now I only wish they would provide commercial insurance."

"I have delt with insurance companies from time to time and was,for the most part, made to feel as if I was trying to put one over on them.Filing a claim with other insurance companies usually turned out to be a long drawn out process. I ,unfortunatly, had to file a claim,with Geico, for a motorcycle accident and was treated like a real person from start to finish..Todd,who was the adjuster,was a pleasure to work with and the whole process went exceptionally well. Two thumbs up to Geico..keep up the good work"

"I would just like to say that I am very impressed with the customer service. I called to speak to Geico concerning an issue with my policy. The number that I dialed went straight to a support representative! No automated menu, irritating hold music or accent that I could not understand. I was talking to a real person who could answer my questions and fix my problem. WOW!!"

"online pmt is gr8 however if you make a payment, it goes thru NOW. Needs a calander to select the date you want it to come out of checking, or credit acct. Web site does not tell you the funds will be taken out when you select make pmt. NOT A GOOD THING."

"My husband was in a horrible motorcycle accident that was not his fault and our contact with the claims department of Geico was the best experiance I have ever had. Our claims rep took over handling the assessment of the damage to the bike and then paid us in full for the bike after it was deemed totaled. Because my husband had such severe injuries, I was at a total loss on how we were going to cover all the incidental bills that were hitting us. The rep was in constant contact with me and ensured that as I submitted receipts under our med pay portion of the policy, a check was cut to us immediately. He also would follow up weekly just to see how my husband was doing. When we found out the other person was under-insured, Geico did not hesitate to enact the Underinsured portion of our policy without any hassle. It made a horrible experience easier to handle because of the courteous and responsive claims department. I have referred several of our friends and even my family over and some have changed to Geico. Thank you Geico for being there for us and I will continue to sing your praises. PS-We are now going to look at having our homeowners switched to Geico."
