"I have had a claim with my auto and Geico was wonderful and efficient. I enjoy their customer service representatives. They are friendly and kind (always ready to help). The service that Geico has giving to me on my ATV has also been great. My son says that if I need to file a claim it would be a miracle (Pokey) but I know if I do that Geico will be there for me like before (auto). Thanks so much!"

"I've been with Gieco for around 10 years. I have a Motorcycle, scooter, and ATV insured with them as well as full coverage on three autos. My problem is with these people is I've never had a claim, have a spotless license, yet my rates continue to rise every time I renew. I have paid these people well over $30,000 in the last ten years and have never asked them for a dime of it back due to an accident, theft, or otherwise. I'm sure one accident could eat up the entire amount I've paid in but there should be a bit of customer loyalty involved here. I guess those days are long gone. You do get a slight percentage for being a safe driver every 6 months but when your rates are raised each time, what good is it?"
