When I heard about the horrible experience my sister-in-law was having after her daughter was rear-ended, I had to write about GEICO.
A few years ago, I had a devastating car accident and was dealing with so many issues. One of which I did not have to worry about, was my insurance. From the adjuster dealing with a replacement car, to the medical bills, to an eventual law-suit, GEICO were consummate professionals! They made every step seem easy. I'm so glad they are my insurance company and I never had to go through the pain and suffering my sister-in-law is going through with their insurance company. Thanks GEICO!

I purchased a new vehicle. The dealership thought it could get me a better rate. At first it appeared there was a better rate out there, but I soon learned that you get exactly what you pay for.
After switching to the new company, I had nothing but headaches. The new company couldn't get my billing date correct for 2 months. Then my rate mysteriously rose with the new company to levels much much higher than I paid with Geico.
Needless to say, I'm back with Geico. it was a terrible 2 or 3 months. I guess I took for granted how easy it was to deal with Geico.
But alas, I'm home. And all is well!

Me and my wife were covered by Farmers insurance. Our rates have increased by $40 in the last 6 months to a total of $202 per month! We just bought 2 new cars and this would have increased our rates again. Additionally Farmers customer service was poor to say the least. I called Geico as I am a veteran hoping for a good rate. The agent who assisted me was kind and courteous. He got me the policy I needed and it only took 20 minutes! Now for the big news.... We are now saving over $600 a year. Great job Geico! All the things the little green guy says are true!!!

Not only was the Geico representative excellent (which they always are) but the tow driver, MARK, from A&A Towing was superb. He was professional, courteous and informative. In fact, his advice saved me several hundred dollars at the mechanic shop where my vehicle was towed to. Mark should be commended for his knowledge and his willingness to help the customer. He went above and beyond in helping me with my situation. If I ever need a tow again I will certainly ask for him and A&A specifically. Great service once again from Geico in a trying time.

I have been with GEICO for almost 11 years. I was originally with PROGRESSIVE. GEICO cut my policy premium in half. I have a muliticar policy and GEICO has been above fair as far as my monthly premium. By far GEICO is the best insurance company to be insured through.

The best thing I like about this company is their website. If I'm looking for information regarding my policy I can always find it so easily. Also if I'm researching anything vehicle related I can find it on their website.

Have had Geico for a year now. Absolutely love them! I have two cars and a rv with them. Never have I ever worked with a company with " less on phone wait time. " I've never been on hold over a minute. Customer service is out of this world! I checked every major company out there. Geico beat them all! I HIGHLY recommend!

I called the other day to get a review on my policy, and they said there is this new policy rating and they literally cut my policy in half!! Geico customer service is amazing never had a problem
