GEICO Ratings and Reviews provide a way for our customers to rate and review GEICO insurance products and services. Our goal is to help others make the best purchasing decision by providing helpful and factual information. All reviews are submitted by GEICO customers.

All submitted reviews are hosted, managed, and moderated by a third party. We do not alter any review content. Reviews are usually posted to the review page within 48 hours of submission.

GEICO values all of our customers and their opinions of us; however, we reserve the right to not post a review if it contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines:

• Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
• Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites
• Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
• Mentions of other insurance providers
• Critical or spiteful comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors
